NEVER BUY A VOUCHER HERE. Read me until the end because this is a nightmare... I leave one star because it won't let me give zero and I am one of those who loves to leave good opinions to those who deserve it and not comment on the negative but this is already getting too much. Every month something happens... delays, broken machines... clients who complain... But the last thing they did to me was that I bought a 12-session voucher in February 2023... €1,200 financed and just when They had given me 2 sessions BOOM! The ALEJANDRITA machine breaks down (this is the best laser of all, don't be fooled...there is nothing better...it doesn't matter what type of hair and skin you have...there is nothing more effective, I take more For 15 years I have had laser treatment in multiple places, I have tried everything... and I know professionals on the subject who will always corroborate it). It breaks down... and now they decide to no longer bring the machine for which I contracted the service... they promise to bring a better one and the workers and the director of the center ask all of us clients to file a claim because they don't care. They listen and so they bring Alejandrita back... I WRITE MY COMPLAINT... and I'm still waiting for the damn machine and they took so long that I had to pay another service of €250 at another clinic in Malaga... where it had nothing to do with it. the service and spectacular results!!! Well, we continue with the nightmare...finally they bring an inferior one (although they will always say that it is better)... inferior in results, in terms of pain, much more painful, more unhygienic because it requires gel...and a thousand buts more. They tell me to try it, it's great and if they don't, they'll give me my money back without a problem... that's why they finally tell me not to file a claim because it won't be necessary... I try the machine and I don't like it AT ALL!... and what happens? Now they tell me that the money that I have already paid for 7 monthly payments (almost €500 out of €1,200) will not be returned to me because the partners have changed and they are not going to pay money that the previous ones received, who have now fled and it is like they don't exist... And they can't do anything with the money that remains to be paid because I have financed it... BANG OF THIEVES AND SCAMMERES... and I won't continue because... anyway. Whatever I do, even if I file a lawsuit... they are not going to give me anything - verbatim words of the area head said by the center director... I leave this here because I really value the time that people invest in earning their money, it costs a lot to earn your bread and to be scammed like that... And I don't want more people to fall like I did and look, I already had complaints about this place because it is ONE AFTER ANOTHER, ONE AFTER ANOTHER....always problems. And be careful! I'm sorry to leave this review since there are certain workers who I really appreciate... and it's not their fault... If for any reason they give in and give me my money back... I'll leave it here... to be honest, but I've already gotten upset today after coming back exhausted from 10 hours of work... They tell me that my money is going away like it was nothing on something I didn't ask for.

I give it one star because I have no other left.....I do not recommend this clinic at all... It has changed its name 3 times and even having a signed contract they say that since it is already hedonai what I previously contracted is no longer valid .....I hired 3 years of sessions, not having given myself many because it was summer and I lost those sessions, I still have all the hair on my legs, armpits and pubis. I had 2 free annual sessions, which I haven't even gotten to give myself because being a hedonai, they no longer give those sessions... These people are scammers, don't hire them or go to this clinic, why are they just going to steal your money.....
